your role

This position supports the Senior Asset Managers and plays a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of a busy and diverse commercial portfolio. Your day will be fast-paced, structured and hands-on, providing critical administrative and coordination support, setting you up for long-term growth within the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily portfolio administration, documentation and workflow
  • Managing invoicing, correspondence and arrears follow-up
  • Assisting with maintenance requests and tenant communication
  • Preparing reports, letters and lease-related documentation
  • Supporting the Asset Manager in managing deadlines and priorities
  • Handling internal and external stakeholder enquiries professionally

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to follow direction while working proactively and independently
  • Understanding of commercial leases or similar property experience
