We are looking for experienced Strategy and Transformation consultants seeking impactful project work. We are currently expanding our network of independent consultants in Melbourne and Sydney to support a variety of clients across industries including FMCG, Agribusiness, Retail, and Private Equity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven consulting experience (Tier 1 / 2 or equivalent in-house strategy roles)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience across strategy development, operating model design, transformation and change management
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with client teams
