About us:What you'll do:
  • Oversee all stages of franchise contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, legal counsel, and stakeholders, providing updates and handling inquiries.
  • Build relationships, manage contract execution, address complaints, and meet franchisee needs to reduce retention risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and transactions, supporting data access and regulatory compliance.
  • Enhance operational efficiency, develop aligned policies, and stay updated on industry trends to optimise contract management.
What you'll bring:
  • Extensive contract administration experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and error identification.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, build relationships, and apply financial, accounting, and basic contract law knowledge.
  • Diploma in Business, Commercial Management, Contracts Administration, or related field; undergraduate qualification preferred
