About the role:

A varying range of shifts will be available and participant support requirements may include, personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living and independent living skills. You will be providing 2:1 support with an experienced and knowledgeable team.

About you:

You are a compassionate, reliable, and committed individual with a genuine passion to make a difference to the lives of the people living with a disability. As the successful candidate you will possess the following:

  • A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirements
  • Experience supporting NDIS participants with a psychosocial disability
  • Experienced in working with clients with challenging behaviours
  • The ability to communicate and appropriately respond to the needs of people living with disability
  • Strong incident report and case note writing skills
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Drivers Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Working with Children Check
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
  • Legal working rights in Australia
