The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll make a genuine difference every day by:

  • Delivering personal care and daily living support
  • Encouraging clients to participate in their communities and social activities
  • Assisting with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks
  • Following tailored care plans to promote safety, wellbeing, and independence
  • Building positive, respectful relationships and providing mentorship

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Police Check (within 6 months)
  • Driver's licence + reliable insured vehicle
  • (Desirable) 1+ year experience in disability support
