Role Description
To support the upcoming late-2025 peak travel season and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our customers, China Southern Airlines is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our airport teams.
In this role, you will:
- Provide operational support during the peak season to ensure smooth station performance.
- Undertake daily flight support duties and office administration tasks.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities as required to enhance station operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent bilingual communication (both in Chinese & English) and strong teamwork; able to coordinate with diverse airport stakeholders
- Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays and to take additional shifts during irregular operations
- Strong organisation and resilience; able to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
- Fast learner with problem-solving and adaptability; makes timely, compliant decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to complete background checks and obtain ASIC as arranged by the company; holds a valid local driver's licence
