Job Description

The
Senior Analyst, Remediation & Projects
is responsible for playing a key part in interpreting, documenting and validating business requirements as well as building and maintaining essential analytical tools to support various program activities. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and validating data to support remediation efforts related to payroll and superannuation compliance and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will manage multiple complex projects, require attention to detail and an analytical mindset and have the ability to work under pressure and against tight time frames. The role reports to the Manager Employment Compliance and Projects and undertakes multiple projects covering several payroll and superannuation compliance and regulatory matters.
You'll Have
- Proven experience in remediation, projects, or data analysis, preferably within payroll and superannuation compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and validate complex models and tools.
- Experience in identifying risks, designing solutions, and providing recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and within tight timeframes.
- Proficient in user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
