Mason Balustrade specialises in commercial aluminium and glass balustrade systems, including balustrades, privacy screens and plant screens. We design, manufacture and install our own proprietary systems for high-volume commercial projects. About the role

Are you a hands-on tradesperson looking for exciting projects across Victoria and Queensland? Mason Balustrade is seeking an Installer with strong all-round installation skills to work on balustrades, privacy screens and plant screens in diverse and dynamic environments.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive Installation Experience: Proven skills in installing products such as balustrades, privacy screens and plant screens, with the ability to showcase examples of your past projects.
  • Versatility with Materials: Comfortable working with a variety of materials to deliver high-quality results.
  • Technical Drawing Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret complex and technical drawings.
  • Tool and Machinery Expertise: Experience with a variety of hand tools and machinery.
  • Problem Solving: Skilled at quickly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.
  • Safety Knowledge: A solid understanding of safety standards and practices to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Independent and Team Work: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication and Time Management: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
