The opportunity
The purpose of the People, Culture & Experience Partner, is to be a primary point of contact for managers and employees in a portfolio area, providing support and high-level professional advice, coaching and skill development in all matters relating to people management.
About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a broad range of Human Resource Management matters.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, build and maintain strong and effective partnerships across all organisational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating and coordinating the resolution of people issues within a high risk/complex organisation with union involvement
