  • Competitive base rate of $34.58 to $37.73 per hour + casual loadings and shift loadings as per SCHADS Award (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010) and Super (12%)

About Us

Westhaven is, and will continue to be, the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW.  Westhaven provides client-centric, high quality programs and activities that provide whole of life support for people with disability, including offering houses that are homes, enabling choice and control and supporting clients to live life the way they choose. 


A Day in the Life of a Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of our clients' lives, providing essential care and support that empowers them to be more independent.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting adults with personal care and daily living skills.

  • Planning and attending appointments and activities to promote social interaction and skill development.

  • Completing daily case notes, administrative tasks, and incident reports.



Mandatory Requirements

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence and a willingness to drive.

  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

  • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).

  • Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support are highly regarded.

  • You must be available to complete our mandatory one-week comprehensive induction program.

  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
