About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with mandatory previous experience working in an airport environment. The role involves providing hands-on IT support within terminal areas, ensuring uninterrupted operation of airport systems used for daily passenger processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite IT support at airport terminals, including check-in counters, self-service kiosks, boarding gates, and security system stations.
  • Support and maintain baggage handling–related IT systems to ensure smooth and timely processing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, scanners, and network connections used by airline and airport staff.
  • Coordinate with airport teams and vendors to ensure minimal downtime of operational systems.
  • Conduct daily system checks, equipment maintenance, and replacements as needed.
  • Follow airport operational and safety protocols while performing technical work.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, assets, and support tasks.

Requirements:

  • Compulsory: Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in an airport IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of terminal-side IT systems, including kiosks, boarding gates, and baggage system interfaces.
  • Good technical knowledge of hardware setup, peripherals, and basic networking.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or public holidays, as per airport operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience with airport terminal support and coordination between airlines and airport operations.
