The business specialises in the hire of Generators, Compressors, Lighting Towers, Pumps and Traffic Management Equipment.

Family-owned so you can have a cup of coffee with the boss, yet large enough that you have a great team to work with.

The Role

This is a Sales and Business Development Role where your focus lies on targeting new customers, with a hint of account management of existing customers to get you going when you join.

You will sell the hire of equipment - generators, compressors, lighting towers and traffic management equipment.

You will target a wide variety of markets across Central NSW.

You will target a wide variety of markets including Mining, Agriculture, Civil, Construction, and the list goes on. There is no limit on the type of customers you could target - you decide.

About You

Prior experience in the Hire Industry is ideal as this is a fast paced environment. If you prefer slow sales process, this role is not for you.

Knowledge & understanding of Generators, Compressors, Lighting Towers, Pumps or Traffic Management Equipment.

Experience in an "On-the-Road" sales role where you are not afraid to knock on doors and approach or "cold call" upon new businesses in your territory

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Good customer rapport and relationship building skills.

Salary

On offer is a competitive base salary + unlimited commission

Commission is based on a % of sales, unlimited, so you can truly earn some serious $$$ if you enjoy hunting for new business and are prepared to work in a faced paced environment. In this role, you should easily be earning $120,000 - $140,000 per year including commissions. Some of our BDMs are exceeding these numbers.
