Position Type: Part-time or Full-Time

Whilst experience is preferred, it is not necessary if you are a willing and driven individual looking to start or continue your career in the health industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all dental procedures, including preparation, chairside assistance, and post-procedure cleanup
  • Sterilization of instruments and maintaining infection control protocols
  • Digital scanning (e.g., Trios) and processing lab cases
  • Coordination of treatment plans and scheduling
  • Assist in the preparation of components for implant and prosthodontic procedures
  • Clinical photography for patient records and case documentation
  • General Dental Assisting duties
  • Reception duties: greeting patients, answering phones, managing appointments, and billing

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Dental Assisting and/or Reception is preffered but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
