**About the Role**:

- Assist the Relationship Manager to develop positive relationships whilst maintaining existing relationships
- Conduct credit and financial analysis of client's financial statements
- Write high quality Credit submissions for commercial property deals of up to $5 million
- Attend to queries in a professional and timely manner from relevant stakeholders; internal and external

**About You**:

- A tertiary qualification in finance is highly desirable
- Demonstrated commercial property finance experience (12-18 months)
- A strong understanding of financial analysis and commercial Credit skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- A can-do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
