As an
Associate Account Director
at Recorded Future, you will be a key member of our team, supporting the growth of our customer base by assisting in account management and business development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales and cybersecurity. You will help manage relationships with existing clients, assist in acquiring new business, and collaborate with experienced team members to deliver cybersecurity solutions to our customers.

What You'll Do

Customer Relationship Support:

  • Assist in prospecting and acquiring new clients aligning client's cybersecurity needs with Recorded Future's solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, such as upgrades, renewals, and cross-sells, and support tracking these opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account Directors, Customer Success) to ensure customers receive the full value of Recorded Future's solutions.

New Business Development Support:

  • Assist in prospecting and outreach to potential new clients, aligning their cybersecurity needs with Recorded Future's offerings.
  • Support with solution demonstrations and sales presentations, learning how to effectively communicate the value of Recorded Future's products to prospective customers.
  • Work with channel partners to help identify new business opportunities and expand the customer pipeline.

Sales Execution Support:

  • Help develop and present sales proposals that align with customer needs and objectives, learning how to craft persuasive business cases.
  • Assist in the negotiation process and closing of deals, providing support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track and manage sales activities within Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasts and opportunity updates.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles, ideally in the technology or cybersecurity industries.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and sales, with a desire to grow within the industry and learn about Recorded Future's solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and support solution development.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while staying focused on details.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude and a focus on contributing to team success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (if needed).
