  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
  • Location: Rosewood
  • Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
  • Compensation: Up to $45 per hour + super + bonuses + retention rate

Queensland Childcare Services is recruiting Lead Educators and a Nursery Lead to join our Rosewood Early Education Centre Above award rates, flexible hours, staff discounts, and professional development opportunities.

The Opportunities

  • Lead Educator – Lead a room and inspire your team to create educational programs aligned with the EYLF.
  • Nursery Lead – Provide a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, while building strong partnerships with families.

Education & Qualifications

  • Lead Educator / Nursery Lead – Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying towards one).
  • Current QLD Blue Card.
  • A strong work ethic, sense of humour, and passion for early childhood education.

Opened in 1999, our Rosewood service cares for up to 95 children per day. We are passionate about teaching sustainable behaviours and offering unique programs such as Bush and Farm Kindy, PMP, and music programs.
