About The Role
- Provide therapy service to clients on a needs bases whilst building on their strengths and developing suitable long-term solutions
- Deliver goal directed therapy services to children. Services will be provided collaboratively with significant others to support a person's wellbeing, function and community participation in a range of environments.
- Support clients across a variety of clinical settings to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, meet the needs of the individual and reflect their personal goals
- Provide informative and current information to clients around valuable services to maximize their ability to make informed choices
About You
- You truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen.
- You are an experienced clinician and have relevant experience in disability services.
- You are committed to human-centred approaches, strength-based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation.
- You have excellent communication skills and are a team player.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:
- Current Driver's License and your own vehicle
- You are a current practicing member with AHPRA or a peak professional body
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Valid Australian working Rights and an international Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than (1) year within the last 10 years.
