Our Speech Therapy Services:

Our NDIS Speech Therapy services are designed to support individuals with communication difficulties, speech disorders, and swallowing challenges. You'll work closely with participants to develop personalised therapy plans, including:

  • Speech & Language Therapy
    – Helping with articulation, fluency, and comprehension
  • Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
    – Support for non-verbal individuals
  • Swallowing & Mealtime Assistance
    – Assessment and strategies for safe eating
  • Social Communication Skills
    – Building confidence in conversations and interactions
  • Literacy & Cognitive Communication Support
    – Enhancing reading and writing abilities

Your Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will:

  • Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments
  • Develop and implement personalised, evidence-based intervention plans
  • Work with clients across homes, early childhood centres, schools, and community settings
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Reflect, learn, and grow through supervision, peer learning, and case discussions

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and documentation skills
  • Genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and make a meaningful difference
