**The Organisation**

Pinarc disability support is a proud non-for-profit organisation providing disability support services to children, teens, adults, families and carers since 1999. Pinarc is about choice and control with decision making resting with the client. The service offers programs for clients to choose from ranging from onsite, online, home visits and community. Following an expansion in Western Melbourne, Pinarc opened a purpose designed facility to support clinicians in providing excellent care for their customers and to work collaboratively with colleagues. The Melton office are looking for the next leader of this facility and their ever growing team.

**The Opportunity**

As part of Pinarc’s leadership team, you will report to the Manager of Therapy Education and Support Services. The Team Leader - Allied Health is responsible for leading and supporting a team of ten Allied Health Professionals and assistants. In addition, you will provide effective clinical, operational management and leadership to a diverse and motivated multi-disciplinary Allied Health team to ensure delivery of co-ordinated, high quality and innovative services are met to clients.

**About You**
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Allied Health Professional, with relevant academic qualifications and experience with 0-16 age group.
- At least 2 years’ prior experience managing Allied Health Practitioners with varying skill sets, in the NDIS space;
- Previous experience in paediatric therapy (ages 0-16).

You will also require:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Police Check);
- Current Victorian Employee - Working with Children Check;
- Pre-Employment Health Declaration;
- COVID-19 Vaccination or Medical Exemption;
- Satisfactory completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module;
- Victorian Drivers Licence;
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (for Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists) or current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) (for Speech Pathologists).
