About the Opportunity:

One of the quickest growing firms in Toowoomba is seeking a Senior Manager to assist the partners with an ever growing client base. Offering services across taxation, business advisory, wealth planning, and SMSF, this firm is known for delivering personalised, high-quality solutions to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients across various industries
  • Lead complex taxation, advisory, and wealth planning engagements
  • Provide Virtual CFO services to clients to improve business operations
  • Supervise and mentor accounting team members
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives by identifying referral work
  • Likes working with HNW Groups, completing interesting high level work

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 8+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
  • CA/CPA qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge across tax, advisory, and compliance
  • Proven client relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
