We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Redlands Sporting Club. Our restaurant 'Haven' is vibrant and modern with a Mediterranean flair, offering a full table-service experience. Open just 12 months, we've quickly become a favourite dining destination, seating up to 280 guests in a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Our focus is on fresh flavours, warm hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Purpose

As the Restaurant Manager, your role is to lead a dedicated team in effortlessly delivering seamless service. Your experience and guidance ensure the restaurant operates like a well-oiled machine, conjuring up unforgettable dining experiences that linger long after the plates are cleared.

What we offer:

  • Full-time role, Wednesday to Sunday (while weekend shifts are part of the role, weekends off can be arranged to support a healthy work–life balance)
  • Paid as Level A Manager under the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award classification including all penalty rates
  • Meal provided every shift
  • 5 weeks annual leave + leave loading

Your role will include:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Support hiring, training and development of front and back of house staff
  • Ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
  • Plan and implement work procedures
  • Working closely with the kitchen and management team to keep things running smoothly
  • Customer service

  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • The ability to stay calm and confident in a fast-paced setting
