Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound donor phone enquiries, delivering a warm, professional, and solution-focused experience.
  • Be a friendly and approachable voice for supporters, building and maintaining relationships across all fundraising programs.
  • Support donors primarily in regular giving (especially Puppy Sponsorship) and single giving, while triaging initial enquiries for bequests, major gifts, community fundraising, and corporate partnerships.
  • Assist with specific fundraising campaigns as needed, including both inbound and outbound calling.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role or in relationship orientated fundraising or marketing with strong administrative responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively listen, negotiate and show diplomacy
  • Good organisational and time-management skills including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and quality
