Your Role as a PCW

  • Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks
  • Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
  • Monitor health and wellbeing; report changes to clinical staff
  • Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
  • Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each resident

What You'll Bring
Essential

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  • Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care
  • Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable

  • Previous experience in residential aged care
  • Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
