We are currently recruiting a Skincare Specialist for our Fragrance and Beauty Boutique in Emporium.

ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Skincare Specialist, you are the brand ambassador who brings care and skincare expertise to the Boutique. You will help to create a unique and memorable experience for each client at every moment of their journey. Combining business orientation and passion for the client, you will be a knowledgeable contributor to the Brand image and helps build leadership in the skincare category across the market. You will be hands on with your client and a trusted coach to your team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Skincare Specialist, you will leverage your warmth, authenticity and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients, fostering loyalty and connection whilst making it your mission to exceed your client's expectations in a way that only CHANEL can.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized skincare consultations/flash facial service to clients, understanding each client's needs in skincare, propose personalized skincare program that delivers accurate results to ensure client satisfaction.
• Share beauty trends and Chanel facial techniques and tips with clients and the team to inspire them to explore our skincare range.
• Coach and offer skincare knowledge to Beauty Advisors and act as a voice of influence and inspiration.
• Monitor category performance and partner with the boutique manager on ideas to improve client and team interest in the category.

• Professional image to lead as a role model in the skincare category
