Organic Skincare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Skincare Specialist.
This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, advising clients on treatment options, and supporting the reception team with managing bookings and client details.
The successful candidate will have experience in the skincare and beauty industry, a passion for helping people with their skincare journey, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice to clients about our skincare and wellness range, helping them select the best products for their needs.
- Welcome every client and ensure their experience in the spa is positive.
- Advise clients on treatment options best suited to them and book them in seamlessly.
- Support the reception team with managing bookings and client details.
- Experience in the skincare and beauty industry.
- A passion to help people with their skincare journey.
- Mature, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
- Exceptional client communication and phone skills.
- Availability to work on a casual basis, minimum 15 hours per week.
- Great computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
