Skincare Specialist Role

    Job Description:

    As a Skincare Specialist, you are a key team member who inspires and helps our customers become the best version of themselves. You are encouraged to explore, create emotional connections, and help customers discover our amazing Skincare Selection.

    By being part of our diverse teams and leaders, who care about you and help you evolve, your options for discovery and career growth are endless.

    You will have the opportunity to educate clients about skin care routines, treatment options, and preventive measures, as well as stay up-to-date on new products and the latest skin trends and techniques.

    This role is perfect for those who enjoy building relationships with clients and fellow team members, have previous Sales experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.

    Previous experience in skincare/skin services is highly preferred, but not required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

    

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of skincare products and treatments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certificate or qualification in skincare (highly desirable)
