Happy Cleaning Co is a local, independently owned and operated business providing premium cleaning services for residential and business clients across the Macarthur region.

We are seeking experienced cleaners to join our team. If you take pride in your work, have a strong eye for detail, and want to take ownership of the homes you care for, this could be the role for you.

While experience is preferred, all applicants will be considered if you are reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a stable position with responsibility, where you can build strong client relationships and become a trusted part of our team.


What We Offer
  • Local work throughout Camden – Campbelltown & Surrounds
  • 6–15 hours per week to start, with opportunity to grow as our business expands
  • Mostly weekday daytime shifts (some evening work available if desired)

  • Above award pay:

  • $32.50 – $35.00/hr daytime

  • $36.50 – $38.00/hr evening
  • Plus 12% superannuation and km allowance

About You
  • Local to the Camden – Campbelltown & Surrounds
  • Available on weekdays with a 9am start
  • Hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable car (essential for travel with equipment)
  • Have Australian working rights
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and commitment to high standards
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
