We are a well-established, family-owned business operating two busy workshops in Castle Hill. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Workshop Cleaner.

Job Description:

As a Workshop Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of both workshop spaces. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweeping and mopping workshop floors
  • Cleaning workbenches, machinery surfaces, and tools (non-mechanical)
  • Emptying bins and disposing of workshop waste appropriately
  • Cleaning staff areas such as kitchens, lunchrooms, and toilets
  • Restocking cleaning supplies as needed
  • General upkeep to ensure a tidy and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or workshop environment preferred
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour
  • Reliable and punctual
