You'll be properly supported on each project with resources that match the scale of what you're delivering. That means fewer firefights and more time to do things right.

With a steady stream of projects, you'll have the chance to sharpen your skills across all phases, while moving closer to becoming a Project Manager or Site Manager.

You'll be working in the lower north shore of Sydney, building some of the city's most high-profile residential developments.

Here's how you'll grow:

  • Take the lead on subcontractor coordination, giving you hands-on commercial experience and the chance to manage bigger budgets over time
  • Own the RFI and documentation process, so you get a deep understanding of how decisions are made and tracked
  • Work closely with consultants and teams on site, building the kind of relationships that open doors to larger, more complex projects
  • Learn to manage quality and safety standards across every stage, giving you the confidence to take on full project oversight in the future

What you'll do Support the Project Manager by keeping everything running smoothly between design, procurement and construction. You'll be the go-to for making sure deadlines are met, teams are aligned and the project stays on track.

What you'll need

  • Experience on high-density residential projects is essential, ideally with a few completed or near-completed developments under your belt
  • Demonstrated tenure with exposure to all stages of a construction project.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
