We're Hiring: TechnologyOne Financial Functional Consultant

Location: Perth

Permanent | Full-Time

Are you an accounting professional turned systems expert? We're seeking a TechnologyOne Financial Functional Consultant who combines deep knowledge of finance processes with hands-on experience configuring TechnologyOne. If you have an eye for process improvement, understand debits and credits, and know how to bring finance systems to life — we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll play a key part in the delivery and optimisation of TechnologyOne Financials — including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, and more. You'll work closely with finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure the system is aligned with business needs and best practices in financial management.

What You'll Be Doing:

Configure and support TechnologyOne Financials modules to meet evolving business requirements

Translate accounting and finance processes into scalable system solutions

Lead and support workshops, documentation, testing, training, and go-live activities

Provide expert input into financial system design, reporting, and compliance alignment

Act as the go-to SME for TechnologyOne Financials — advising on functionality, enhancements, and future upgrades

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience configuring or supporting TechnologyOne Financials

Solid understanding of accounting principles — degree in Accounting or accounting working history

Professional background in accounting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and interpret technical requirements in a financial context

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
