Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering:
    Engage with stakeholders to capture and document business processes, needs, and objectives for the CRM deployment.
  • Solution Design:
    Translate business requirements into functional specifications, leveraging Dynamics 365 CE capabilities (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules).
  • Configuration Oversight:
    Guide configuration of entities, forms, views, workflows, and business process flows to meet business objectives.
  • Azure Integration Coordination:
    Work with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment of Dynamics CRM into Azure, including security, authentication, and environment setup.
  • User Engagement:
    Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and UAT sessions to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Documentation:
    Produce clear functional documentation, process maps, and training materials.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and project management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a
    Functional Consultant
    in
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
    implementations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.
  • Experience delivering CRM projects into
    Azure environments
    .
  • Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Familiarity with
    Power Platform
    (PowerApps, Power Automate) for extending CRM functionality.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, global team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365 integration (SharePoint, Teams).
  • Knowledge of data migration processes into Dynamics CRM.
  • Exposure to governance and compliance considerations in cloud-hosted CRM deployments.
