Role Description

At Air Control, our HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technicians are rockstars who keep commercial and industrial spaces running smoothly. From maintenance and servicing to fault-finding and repairs, you'll work across a wide range of HVAC&R systems — every day brings something new

But it's not just about tools and tech — we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every job

What you'll be doing:

  • Servicing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC&R systems across various sites while diagnosing and fixing faults efficiently
  • Ensuring all work meets safety standards and industry requirements
  • Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members, representing Air Control professionally

Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least experience in the commercial heating and air conditioning field. HVAC breakdown service and repairs skills also a requirement.

Candidates must be self motivated, driven & ready to learn new ways of working, taking on new challenges & working towards goals.

Must haves;

  • NSW Drivers Licence
  • Legally approved to work in NSW
  • Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Valid Red/White Safety Induction Card
