Rotarex is a leading global provider of high-tech gas systems. We offer a dynamic work environment where you can make a real impact. In this exciting role, you will be the sole Engineering Manager responsible for the entire ANZ region, representing Rotarex and driving our growth strategy.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- You possess a Master's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
- You are a highly independent and results-oriented individual with the ability to set ambitious goals and achieve them.
- Prior experience in the Industrial Gas and/or Fire Suppression industry is a strong asset, along with a solid understanding of a manufacturing environment.
- You are a collaborative team player with exceptional prioritization and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead the engineering function for the ANZ region, designing and implementing solutions that meet client needs and comply with Australian regulations.
- Spearhead research and development initiatives to ensure Rotarex's offerings are well-suited for the Australian market.
- Collaborate with Rotarex manufacturing in Luxembourg for product improvement and local solution integration.
- Manage projects for the construction and installation of high-tech gas systems across ANZ, from start to finish.
- Oversee contracts, schedules, and budgets to keep projects on track.
- Develop and manage the supply chain for efficient import and distribution of Rotarex products within ANZ.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales consultations to after-sales support.
- Develop and implement growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends in Australia and internationally.

**Work Location**:

- This position will be based in a hybrid work model with the primary office being located in Sydney, Australia.
- Travel across the entirety of Australia will be required for this role.
- Ability to travel to Singapore.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thornton, NSW 2322
