Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our operations and project teams. This dynamic role is responsible for the day to day co-ordination and management of building and restoration projects from first point of contact through to completion. Responsible for managing administrative tasks and assisting in the coordination of disaster recovery and building restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, the ability to focus and execute tasks efficiently, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide professional telephone and reception support as required.
- Deliver comprehensive office support to the team.
- Prepare clear, professional reports for meetings and presentations as needed.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Handle client inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Project Coordination:
- Support field leaders, supervisors, and estimators in planning and executing disaster recovery and building restoration projects.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed minutes.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure schedules are maintained.
- Assist with resource allocation and logistics planning.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial documentation.
In order to be considered you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administrative roles; project coordination experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
