Active Home Care Nurses is seeking an experienced Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our dynamic and multicultural team in Mount Riverview, Blaxland NW 2774. Specifically looking for night shift

-Shift details : Night shift 10pm-6am

-Days: Monday to Thursday

-Only apply if you are willing to do night shift and willing to travel to Blaxland.

Position Details:

  • Client Details: A physically stable and active 54-year-old female with a tracheostomy.
  • Role Specifics: Dedicated care for the same client daily.
  • Training Provided: Comprehensive training on tracheostomy care and paid buddy shifts for seamless onboarding.

Responsibilities: Assist in delivering high-quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including:

  • Comfort and Positioning: Assist with positioning, posture maintenance, and ensuring client comfort.
  • Nutrition Support: Set up and assist with meals and fluids, while monitoring intake.
  • Observations and Reporting: Monitor and report on the client's response to care, ensuring all tasks align with the care plan.
