About Us:

Launch Tech Australia is a leading national distributor of automotive service equipment, specialising in diagnostic scan tools, vehicle hoists, tyre service equipment, and more. Based in Minchinbury, NSW, we're committed to delivering outstanding products and service to our clients across Australia.

We're currently seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service / Order Fulfiment team member to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working across departments, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer support, this could be your next big move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound customer calls and providing excellent service
  • Assisting with order-related queries and processing daily orders/invoices
  • Coordinating logistics bookings and delivery inquiries
  • Supporting the Accounts Receivable team in following up outstanding invoices
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Managing stock records, inventory accuracy, and incoming goods
  • Helping keep dispatch operations on track

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or MYOB
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong time management with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Australian work visa
  • Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred
  • Willing to undergo a Police Check
