We're proud to be the only osteo clinic within 20km of Springfield Lakes — a rapidly growing health hub west of Brisbane. With a 10–12 new patients every week, and a reputation built on word-of-mouth referrals, we've become a trusted local name. Our osteos are at capacity, and we're ready to support the next team member to grow a thriving caseload.

$10,000+ Annual PD Support ~66 hrs of structured mentoring in year one, monthly case reviews/team meetings, shadowing, and $1,000 for external PD. All scheduled and paid inside your roster — never after hours.

Great Salary + Bonus Options Part-time employment with guaranteed salary + bonus. With strong demand, full-time OTE in year one is $100k–$120k — backed by a guaranteed earnings floor while your diary fills.

About You

You're someone who is:

  • Master's degree in osteopathy required
  • AHPRA-registered (0–3 years out)
  • Valid Australian work visa accepted
  • Excited to learn, grow, and build confidence with real support
  • Open to a broad caseload while shaping your own niche
  • Looking for a workplace where you're part of a team, not just an employee
  • Flexible availability for working days per week
