Reporting to the College Board, this is a rare opportunity for an outstanding educational leader to guide Cornerstone College as
Principal
. The Principal will provide spiritual, educational, operational, industrial and financial leadership and will be a committed Christian who embraces and draws upon the rich tradition of Lutheran spirituality.

The successful candidate will be a highly experienced educational leader with the passion and capacity to lead a dynamic vision for teaching and learning. They will foster an environment where students strive for individual excellence, learn from their missteps and celebrate their achievements.

Importantly, the Principal will embody the values and leadership practices outlined in the Lutheran
Growing Deep Leadership and Formation Framework
, modelling servant leadership, relational integrity and a commitment to lifelong learning. A collaborative and empowering leadership style, combined with the expertise and enthusiasm to nurture a creative, forward-thinking and faith-inspired educational community, is essential.
