Navigator College is a Lutheran co-educational school offering holistic, contemporary education from ELC to Year 12. Located in Port Lincoln, and serving families from across the Eyre Peninsula with a bus service and boarding program, Navigator College supports over 500 students in their personal and academic achievements as they discover their unique directions in life. Navigator College students are inspired as life-long learners, flourish as people and care for the world around them.

After 17 years of dedicated service to the College, including 8 years as Principal and previous roles as Head of Junior School and teacher, Principal Stephen Jude is moving to his next chapter, creating the opportunity for an experienced educational servant leader to build on his positive legacy. Reporting to the Board, the Principal will work to deliver on the College's strategic priorities while further enhancing the strong pillars of this Christ-centred learning environment. Key responsibilities include:

    : Leading, motivating and developing outstanding educational, operational and support staff;

  • Collaborative Leadership
    : Building deep, authentic relationships between staff, students, parents, key stakeholders and the wider community;
  • Lutheran Values
    : Living and promoting the Lutheran values and ethos of the College as an authentic model of faith-based education;
  • Facilities & Resource Management
    : Building, enhancing and maintaining state-of-the-art educational facilities while ensuring strong governance over financial and physical resources.
