We provide high-quality, person-centred support to empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives. At FFSS, we're more than just a service provider—we're a family committed to delivering care with compassion, respect, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised support to clients, including assistance with personal care, daily living tasks, and medication management.
  • Facilitate community access and support clients to engage in meaningful activities aligned with their goals.
  • A full Australian driver's licence is required for this position.
  • Encourage client independence and adopt a strengths-based approach to support clients through challenges.
  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) consistently to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and rights of clients.
  • Manual Handling, Hoist Training and Peg training HIGHLY regarded (Mount Cotton and Cannon Hill based participants)

Requirements:

  • Availability to work across a 24-hour rotating roster, including at least one night shift per week.
  • Willingness to work shorter community-based shifts (4–5 hours) as required
