We are privately owned and managed company, made up of 6 individual centres. Each centre having their own identity, but all sharing the same pride and goal for exceptional early childhood education and care. The best thing about working within our teams is that we are big enough to have personal development events together, influence the industry and collaborate, but small enough to know each other's names and value what each individual person brings to our organisation.

We are paying the Worker retention grant.

We support our team by offering above award rates of pay, addition non-contact time and high staff discounts. We provide additional staffing about the ratio requirements to support our teams.

We provide a unique approach to documentation focus on quality interactions with children, rather that mass paperwork. 

Key Attributes

To join our brilliant team, you MUST be highly motived and advocate for children in all that you do, seek improvement and share your ideas. You will have the skills to autonomously interact with children in a beautiful manner while extending their learning and fostering a safe and secure relationship that aligns with the Montessori methods of teaching.

You will need to share your professional views and build on our ideas; we are not looking for a bench warmer. You will actively engage with children and your love of play will be evident while ensuing supervision is maximised.

We are endorsed by Nature Play QLD and run a Bush Kindy Program offsite. You will need to have a passion for outdoor learning and be willing to learn and grow with our philosophy. In return you will have an experienced and supportive network around you to help you grow as a professional.

About The Role

• Leading and guiding the children and team members within your room and all aspects of the educational program.
• Follow centre policies and procedures
• Attend personal development opportunities and staff meetings
• Up to 90% staff discount on childcare fees
• Above award rate
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
• Available 4-5 days a week
• 10% Worker Retention Grant

The successful applicant MUST have the following:

Diploma of Children's Services

Montessori qualification (desirable) 

A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate

A current blue card
