Customer Service & Workshop Assistant – Wallerawang, NSW

Full-Time, Permanent Position

We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Workshop Assistant to join our team in Wallerawang, NSW. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers variety and hands-on involvement in both customer service and workshop operations.

About the Role

In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Entering and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting in the workshop to build and assemble hydraulic hoses to specification
  • Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner
About You

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail for order entry
  • A willingness to assist with hands-on workshop tasks (full training provided)
  • A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • The ability to work full-time onsite in Wallerawang, NSW

This role would suit someone living in the Blue Mountains region or nearby, or someone willing to commute to Wallerawang daily via car.
