About us

Tyrepower Orange is a locally owned and operated business in Central Western NSW. Along with retailing tyres, wheels & providing mechanical repairs; we have extended our offering to include caravan service, repairs & accessories. There are large, well-equipped workshops & comfortable offices to assist with workflow and quality output. Our current team has excellent knowledge & experience in their various fields which they are happy to share with new team members. We are looking for the right candidate to join our friendly and experienced team.

Qualifications & experience

  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
  • Good computer skills with basic knowledge of Outlook & willing to expand skills with internal computer systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure autonomously & also as part of a team.
  • Sales background in parts & auto industry experience an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Greet & serve customers, providing excellent customer service & building rapport.
  • Supply general advice / estimates for repairs & servicing including measurements in conjunction with the sales / service team.
  • Interpret, quote & sell parts to customers whilst maintaining customer satisfaction & retention.
  • Use internal computer system, supplier portals and internet to source, receipt and sell. Schedule repairs & services utilizing internal computer system.
  • Stock displays, stock control, stock orders.
  • Liase with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Liase with suppliers & commercial customers.
