About us

We are a small family run business who are passionate about helping people with complex needs find their independence and achieve their goals.

We do this by putting all our energy and time into focusing on the individual and their needs, listening and learning and developing a shared understanding of how we can help.

We then put a specialised team around that person and focus on upskilling and development to ensure everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.

We consider this work so important but so much fun at the same time - all we require in you is passion and compassion - we can train the rest

Qualifications & experience

  • Complex Needs Disability support work experience is required for the minimum 2 years requirement
  • Ideally lifeguard, swimming teacher, physio, OT, fitness, exercise backgrounds or a passion for the outdoors
  • Must be engaging, passionate and fit
  • NDIS worker screening
  • Hold a WA driving license
  • Seizure Management Experience
  • Positive Behaviour Support Experience

Valid visa required for Australian work authorisation.

Tasks & responsibilities

*** Shifts range between the hours of 8am - 8pm each day ***

A range of roles available, some community only and some both in home and community.

Clients located in Northern Suburbs of Perth

Assisting clients with their daily schedule, medication management, meal time management, personal care, then community access outings to amazing locations around Perth that require strong active people

Personal trainer, OT, physio students should get involved

Dream job - Responsible for taking our clients to the beach for a swim, beach walking and hikes

  • Must have confidence with complex behaviour support and behaviours of concern
  • Must have lots of energy as lots of walking, swimming involved
  • Driven and enthusiastic individual with big engaging personality
  • Loves the outdoors and swimming at beach This is a MUST
  • Confident swimmer ability level is required for this beach-based role
  • Goal and capacity building focused - must be engaging
