About Your Role

  • Support the Coordinator in leading daily operations and step into the role when required.
  • Assist with ensuring compliance and high-quality care aligned with NQS and MTOP.
  • Help mentor and support educators to achieve strong learning outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, the community, and external partners.

About You:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
  • Current Blue Card, with up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Experience in long day care, with confidence working across multiple age groups.
  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF, Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines, NQF, and relevant legislation.
  • A child-centred approach, viewing children as capable learners, and a strong understanding of contemporary early childhood practices.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
