48 Flavours is a family-owned gelateria, producing an upmarket range of artisan gelato crafted from fresh South Australian ingredients. Recognized locally and internationally for our Premium Award-winning flavours, we pride ourselves on quality and innovation. With six locations in Adelaide and nearby suburbs, 48 Flavours is seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand to support our gelato preparation and help us deliver exceptional gelato

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a kitchen or similar environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist gelato chefs with preparation and kitchen duties.
  • Maintain and clean equipment to 48 Flavours' high standards.
  • Adhere to Food Safety, OH&S procedures, and WHS compliance.
  • Set up store for daily service and manage cleaning tasks.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Support warehouse organisation and cleanliness.
  • Assist with customer service as needed.

  • Physically fit, able to perform repetitive lifting within safety guidelines.
  • A positive, enthusiastic team player who loves hospitality and multitasking.

Position Details

This is a casual role offering 15-30 hours per week across a seven-day roster, primarily during morning and afternoon shifts, with occasional evening shifts based on business needs.
