Chiropractic Assistant and Front Desk Concierge - This Is Life, Gold Coast

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, empathetic and skilled Chiropractic Assistant to join our passionate team in our brand new, purpose-built clinic on the Gold Coast.

Our space is designed to deliver cutting edge, patient centred, transformative health care -combining modern technology with a warm, wellness-focused environment.

This diverse role of 20+ hours per week is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting, loves working with people and forming genuine relationships and is excited to be part of a unique health team that is making a big difference.

What you will be doing:

• First point of contact for all new and exisiting patients - delivering a warm, high end, personalised and memorable experience for every person who engages with our practice.
• Supporting the Founders and Chiropractors in the delivery of life changing care in an organised, systemised and highly professional manner.
• Managing patient flow and maintaining a seamless patient experience.
• Handling administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, record keeping and reception duties.
• Ensuring the clinic environment is beautifully presented, welcoming and aligned with our high standards of care.
• Participating in team meetings, training sessions and occasional in-clinic educational events.

What we are looking for:

• A passion of health, wellness and delivering high end customer experiences.
• Confidence with technology, systems, organisation and the ability to master processes quickly.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow system and protocols.
• Positive energy, reliability and a proactive, team-orientated mindset.
• Previous experience in a clinical or wellness setting is highly regarded, but not essential.
