Gaming Attendant - Blue Mountain Hotel
The Blue Mountain Hotel is seeking experienced Gaming Attendants to join our dynamic team. We're looking for professional, customer-focused individuals with current RSA and RCG certifications who thrive in a fast-paced gaming environment.
The role includes late-night and midnight closes, so reliability and flexibility are essential. If you have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to providing exceptional service, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Attendant
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
What do we need from you
About You
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
Inherent Requirements
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
