Account Manager – Insurance Advisory

Queensland (Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Rockhampton, Ipswich)

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client insurance policies and risk profiles.
  • Present tailored proposals across key products, including Business, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Life, and more.
  • Build long-term client relationships across diverse industry sectors.
  • Support clients during renewals, policy adjustments, claims, and ongoing account servicing.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in broking, insurance account management, or advisory services.
  • Strong commercial insight with the ability to assess and translate client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative, client-first approach.
  • Proven ability to manage renewals, quotes, and insurer negotiations.
  • Familiarity with risk management strategies and client outcomes.
  • Tier 1 Accreditation (essential).
