About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and reliable barista to work across our Saturday and Sunday shifts. This role is perfect for someone who loves café culture, enjoys engaging with customers, and thrives in a buzzing weekend environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Dialling in and preparing consistently great espresso-based coffees
  • Creating and serving our unique matcha and specialty drinks
  • Assisting with general café duties (POS, cleaning, customer service)
  • Working efficiently during busy weekend service
  • Helping create a warm, welcoming space for families, regulars, and new visitors

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' barista experience in a busy Australian café

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

Friendly, professional and confident with customers

Reliable and flexible, available every weekend

Must already have long-term work experience in Australia
